How new pages are counted
This installation includes ten one-time free new pages. New scans, imports and newly issued quote/invoice/receipt front pages count. Existing-paper edits and attached copies of saved receipt images do not count again. Deleting paperwork does not refill the allowance.
Saved paperwork stays available
Reaching the free-page limit or losing paid access does not hide the library. You can still view, search, edit, export, combine and back up existing papers. Keep copies of anything important before clearing app data or uninstalling.
Reading handwriting and checking costs
Assisted English handwriting reading is a starting point. Names, dates, amounts and tax can be wrong or missed. Compare suggestions with the retained page and correct them. Expense reports use only eligible receipts/invoices you have marked reviewed with a total; customer maker documents stay separate.
Subscription and offline access
The invitation-only closed test will have a clearly labelled full-access build with no charges and no purchases. New test pages do not spend the ten-page balance. Saved test papers stay available after a later production update; future pages then follow the production plan.
The planned UK annual subscription is £19.99, renewing automatically unless cancelled. Subscriptions are not available yet. Once enabled, use the app's Google Play manage/restore controls; buying or restoring needs internet and the purchasing account.
Verified paid new-page access works offline for up to 72 hours after verification, limited by an earlier expiry or server offline limit. Reconnect to check access again. The ten pages do not enrol you in a subscription.
Originals, exports and removing data
Imported original PDFs are retained separately from supported modified copies. Exported files belong wherever you saved or shared them. Delete those copies separately from papers in the app. Optional PDF protection and backup passwords do not replace protecting the recipient's copy or keeping the password safe.
The app has no separate Easy Paper Scan account-creation feature. Read the privacy policy for local data, Google SDK diagnostics, temporary files and this website's forms.
What to include in a support request
Tell us the app version, Android version, what you tried and the displayed error. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, customer information or private paperwork. For privacy requests, include the email address used in your original submission.

Email support@easypaperscan.com or use this form. Direct emails pass through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail/Google mail provider; the form saves your request separately for Lambert Software to review. The form does not send an automatic email, and neither a support email nor a form request registers you for launch emails. How support email is handled
